Join us for a relaxing, rejuvenating
weekend retreat at beautiful Lake Atitlan! We'll offer a variety of yoga
and mindfulness classes for all levels of yogis, from beginning to
advanced, from Friday evening through Sunday morning. There will be
plenty of free time built into the  schedule for massages and other spa
treatments, sauna, strolling by the lake, hiking to a waterfall, or
simply lounging in a hammock.
The retreat cost
includes all yoga & mindfulness classes, booklet & gifts, 2
healthy breakfasts, 2 gorgeous three-course vegetarian dinners, and use
of tranquil yoga practice gardens.
